The Government of Mexico has officially implemented Ventanilla Única (“the Unified Digital Service Portal”), a fully online system designed to centralize and streamline foreign‑trade procedures. The initiative integrates the Tax Administration Service (SAT), the National Customs Agency (ANAM), and the Ministry of Economy into a single digital entry point.

1. A Single Online Access Point
The new portal eliminates the need for companies to interact separately with multiple agencies. All filings, submissions, and verifications are processed exclusively online, ensuring faster and more transparent procedures.
2. The “Expediente Único de Comercio Exterior”
The decree also creates the Single Foreign‑Trade File, a digital repository that allows authorities to share information and avoid duplicate requirements. This improves traceability, compliance, and administrative efficiency.
3. Interoperability and Digital Governance
The platform operates under the principles of administrative simplification and digitalization established by the National Law to Eliminate Bureaucratic Procedures. The Digital Transformation Agency will oversee continuous improvement, system interoperability, and harmonization of authorizations across agencies.
4. Availability
The portal will be accessible within 15 days at: www.ventanillaunica.gob.mx
